Terms of warranty for a quality and complaint rules.

Complaints procedure and warranty BAKR s.r.o. which is situated in Jesenice - Zdiměřice, V Podlesí 132, Postal Code 252 42, ID No.: 26725274, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 89775 (hereinafter referred to as the supplier) based on Act No . 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended. Agreement with the guarantee and the terms and complaint procedure confirms the customer by signing invoices, purchase agreement, or acceptance of the goods from the carrier and confirmation it by a signature. Acceptance of the goods is the moment when the goods are taken from carrier or picked it up presonally at the supplier,
Quality guarantee - Supplier provides a standard quality guarentee during 12 months, a quality guarantee in relation to the capacity of the batteries during 6 months. Exceptions are Service Pack displays and small sparts (flex cables, ringing loudspeakers and earpieces for mobile phones, cameras for mobile phones, etc.), which is only guaranteed during 3 months. Battery labeled SWAP can not be claimed on the parameters - the capacity, internal resistance.
Control - The Customer is obliged to check the delivery, if the shipment is not damaged. If the shipment is damaged, the customer does not accept the shipment and immediately will contact the supplier. If the customer finds any difference between the invoice and the delivered goods what customer really received, or if the customer find by his control that some of the goods is damaged or defective (broken LCDs, torn flex, torn connectors etc..) The customer is obliged to inform the supplier within 3 days from goods delivered. The customer can use email address: reklamace@bakr.cz or phone call +420 608 555 855. If the customer does not do this, the reclaim should not be accepted. To warranty repairs will be accepted only for complete goods.

Quality guarantee does not apply to the following goods:
  • damaged by elements like water, fire, lightning or other electrical discharge etc. - with expired warranty period on the day of submission (delivery) of goods for complaint
  • mechanically damaged (torn, slashed, burned, cracked LCD display, torn flex cables, etc..)
  • without documenting of purchase
  • damaged by wrong use in conflict according to an instruction manual or the principles of proper use and storage
  • goods damaged unprofessional service work or misapplication.
  • Quality warranty does not apply on LCD if the LCD was used and has not been installed in authorized service center.
Quality warranty does not cover: batteries and spare parts without check marks supplier, ie stamp symbolism (eg B, BiS, SB, BT, etc..).
Quality warranty does not cover wear and tear caused by normal use.
Complaints – how to apply the guarantee? The Contractor would like to be to as closely as possible to customers. Well, we know from our own experience, and knows that almost everyone, how annoying it is to apply the warranty. . If you have a problem, please follow the instructions below. For example your goods were broken or during use of a product was find out some defect. You will make our work easier and your claim will be solved much faster.
Goods occurred in the damaged packaging - in this case is better not to accept the consignment. Incomplete or damaged shipment must be reported immediately by e-mail to: bakr@bakr.cz. Write up with the carrier damage report and send it without delay by fax, e-mail, or mail. Additional incompleteness, or external damage to shipment does not relieve the buyer the rights to claim, but later claims may be rejected.
Goods has been delivered in unbroken packaging, but it is mechanically damaged by transportation - Damage is necessary to without delay notify to the supplier and email to bakr@bakr.cz. Later complaints will not be accepted.
Goods has been delivered all right, but operational fault has occurred. If you discover a defect in the goods (and over time), check your receipt if the product is under warranty (warranty period is 12 months, the warranty period for the battery is 6 months and the warranty period for the spare parts is 12 months) if the item is under warranty, enter a claim on www.bakr.cz (section documents - RMA - Create new reclaim) and send the entire goods to the address of the company. We will review your complaint and we will do our best to process it as soon as possible.
The return of goods is possible only by agreement with the merchant Bakr Company Ltd. and only in the case where the goods were ordered by mistake, but no later than 5 working days from receipt of goods.
LCD returns - Test before application warranty does not apply on used product unless it was installed in brands authorized service center
Description properly submitted claims - Defective goods with description of the defect , which you will print after you finish entering the RMA. RMA number is valid and the goods should be returned to us within 30 days after creation. Warranty is no longer prolonged if this period is exceeded. Please write your adress for returning rejected or exchanged goods to the top left corner of the package. Send the prepared shipment to the address mentioned above. The cost of transportation is paid by the client, as well as the damages which may be caused by transport.
